What is the Beaumanoir Group's business?
The Beaumanoir Group’s business is organized around :
- Ready-to-wear design and distribution
- The supply chain
The brand’s products – clothing and fashion accessories (shoes, jewelry, bags, etc.) – are designed by its teams based in Saint-Malo and Paris, and produced in collaboration with its supplier partners.
They are sold mainly in Cache Cache, Bonobo, BrĂ©al, Vib’s, Morgan and Caroll stores operated directly by the Group or by its affiliated and franchised partners, and on the Internet, via the Group’s own e-commerce sites and those of partners.
Its logistics subsidiary, C-LOG SOLUTIONS, handles product delivery from the various sourcing regions to its eight logistics sites, then to stores or directly to customers, whether physical or e-commerce. C-LOG SOLUTIONS also offers its logistics, transport and cross-channel order-picking expertise to other fashion and luxury brands.
Why did you choose M-Target's services?
We had several challenges to meet:
- Increase our hourly SMS throughput ;
- Improve the quality of SMS service within the company (better monitor the deliverability of our campaigns, reduce uncertainty linked to parameterization errors, etc.).
- Improve the ROI of our campaigns;
These challenges have become all the more important as the Group has stepped up its use of the SMS channel in recent years, notably through the routing of campaigns for Caroll and our partner La Halle (PĂ©gase company).
How did M-Target support you?
We route our SMS campaigns entirely via Adobe Campaign. M-Target supported us throughout the integration process, from setting up the connectors with Adobe (tests in the presence of Adobe and/or the Beaumanoir Group) to running the first test campaigns, including training the Group’s teams in the tools (tracking dashboard, rich sms platform).
In addition to assisting us with the implementation of the project, M-Target supports us on a daily basis: reporting anomalies during mailings, alerting operators to incidents, presenting innovations on the market, optimizing settings, monitoring STOP flows and exchanging with our legal department when necessary.

The throughput of our SMS campaigns is much higher than before, at a reduced cost. We can now monitor our deliverability in near real time (via Adobe or the M-Target dashboard), and have significantly reduced the additional costs associated with technical parameter anomalies.
Are you planning any new projects with M-Target?
Our priority is to continue optimizing our use of the classic SMS channel (Simple SMS or Rich SMS). However, we are thinking about developing new uses, in particular conversational via 09.
We’re also keeping an eye on initiatives around WhatsApp Business or the RCS for example.
Finally, in addition to loyalty SMS messages, we plan to step up our new customer acquisition initiatives through base rental.
